Refund Policy
This refund policy explains how Stakez Digital Services handles refund requests for digital services or business payments received through Paystack.
1. General Rule
Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the nature of the service, delivery stage, and payment purpose.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Payments may not be refundable after significant work has already been completed, files have been delivered, or a custom digital service has already started.
3. Incorrect or Duplicate Payment
If a customer makes an incorrect payment or pays more than once for the same transaction, the customer should contact the business promptly with the payment reference for review.
4. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed back through the original payment channel or another agreed method as permitted.
